I think it is so important to really understand the message of each journal prompt and how writing about certain topics will help you - which is why in each journal prompt I have given you a reason for why it is important to write about that specific topic.
The second page of this journal is a brief introduction on what to expect and just how to navigate through your journal.
The third page is for you to fill out little things about yourself to make this journal your own and to simply practice/get comfortable with writing down what comes to your mind.
I know how difficult journaling can be at times and my goal is to make it a little bit easier and fun.
